A few of these pictures come from books by Hervé Lewis, a french photographer. He became famous when he did some of the "lessons" for the Aubade advertising campaing (the Audabe Web site is likely to be blocked by your corporate proxy, too - no naked women there, but I guess lingerie is considered evil enough by network administrators to be put on a black list).
Finally, one or two pictures come from Usenet newsgroups such as alt.binaries.photos.nude-art or alt.binaries.photos.nude-art.moderated (there are Web sites which make it easy to find and download pictures from Usenet newsgroups, but they are likely to be blocked by your proxy, since 99% of pictures in these groups are of "adult" nature). As pictures are seldom credited there, it means I don't know who the photographer is!
The table and thumbnails were generated with the Gallery freeware from Mino Studio. The page was then edited with Netscape Composer (it comes free with Netscape Communicator Version 4.7, unfortunately I think it was removed from more recent releases).
